We accept returns only for products that are new, unused, undamaged and in their original sealed packaging, within 10 days from the delivery date..
All returns will undergo a inspection to confirm the condition of the product. No refund will be issued if the product shows signs of use, damage, or if the original packaging is incomplete, opened, or altered in any way.
If the return is approved, a refund will be issued for the product amount only, less restocking costs of 20 % based on the product’s price.
Please note that all return-related costs, including transportation and handling fees, are entirely the responsibility of the customer..
Defective Products
If the product has a manufacturing defect, it will be repaired or replaced under the manufacturer’s warranty, according to the applicable terms.
If the customer prefers to exchange the product instead of using the warranty, the amount paid for the item will be fully credited toward the purchase of a new product in-storeNo cash refund will be issued in this case.

Restocking costs
