Warranty Conditions and Tunings
*Pianos purchased from Piano Vertu must be tuned exclusively by a technician authorized by Piano Vertu in order to maintain the validity of the warranty. Any work performed by an unauthorized technician may result in the cancellation of the warranty.
*The free tunings must be used within the specified period. After this deadline, these tunings will expire and will no longer be valid.
This warranty is valid only under the following conditions:
The piano must be kept away from any direct heat sources (radiators, heating systems, fireplaces, stoves, etc.), as well as from any devices or situations that could crack the wood or damage the finish.
It must always be protected from drafts and direct sunlight.
Humidity must be maintained between 40% and 55%, and the temperature between 18°C and 26°C.
It is strongly recommended to use a digital hygrometer in the room where the piano is located and, if necessary, to install a Dampp Chaser system at the owner’s expense.
Due to the nature of acoustic pianos, we do not cover defects that appear after purchase and are caused by inadequate maintenance, nor any damage to the body of the instrument or its original electronic components, whether installed at the time of purchase or afterward.
The piano must be tuned at least once a year, with proof provided (invoice or tuning report).
