Piano Vertu guarantees your piano with the serial number -model -against defects in materials and workmanship (except for the muffler system) for a period of five (5) years from the date of original purchase.

Warranty Conditions and Tunings
Pianos purchased from Piano Vertu must be tuned exclusively by a Piano Vertu authorized technician in order to preserve the validity of the piano.

This warranty is valid only if the following conditions are met:
- The piano must be kept away from all sources of direct heat (radiators, heating systems, fireplaces, stoves, etc.), as well as from all other sources of ignition.

- Regular tuning, regulation, tone adjustment, installation or warranty of the Dampp Chaser are not included.
