Like the other premium C. Bechstein pianos, the A 175 model is made at the Seifhennersdorf production site. This German grand stands out for its precise action and richly nuanced voice. The basic parts for the C. Bechstein Academy A 175 model are made using complex processes and state-of-the-art technology, then post-processed by master piano-makers to provide each instrument with an individual voice.

Because NEOTEX is used for both black and white keys, key feel is consistent across the entire keyboard. NEOTEX resists cracking and fading over years of use, and is also resistant to static electricity, helping to prevent the build-up of unwanted dust.
