Here is our return and exchange policy to ensure you have a confident shopping experience:<\/p>\n<p><!-- \/wp:paragraph --><\/p>\n<p><!-- wp:paragraph --><\/p>\n<h3><strong class=\"\">Return Policy\u00a0<\/strong><\/h3>\n<hr data-start=\"94\" data-end=\"97\" \/>\n<p data-start=\"99\" data-end=\"299\">We accept returns only for products that are <strong data-start=\"155\" data-end=\"194\">new, unused, undamaged<\/strong> and <strong data-start=\"198\" data-end=\"238\">in their original sealed packaging<\/strong>, within <strong data-start=\"257\" data-end=\"298\">10 days from the delivery date.<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<p data-start=\"301\" data-end=\"593\">All returns will undergo a <strong data-start=\"338\" data-end=\"363\">inspection<\/strong>\u00a0to confirm the condition of the product. <strong data-start=\"401\" data-end=\"440\">No refund will be issued<\/strong> if the product shows signs of use, damage, or if the original packaging is incomplete, opened, or altered in any way.<\/p>\n<p data-start=\"595\" data-end=\"896\">If the return is approved, a refund will be issued for the <strong data-start=\"657\" data-end=\"690\">product amount only<\/strong>, <strong data-start=\"692\" data-end=\"733\">less restocking costs of 20 %<\/strong> based on the product\u2019s price.<br data-start=\"753\" data-end=\"756\" \/>Please note that <strong data-start=\"775\" data-end=\"895\">all return-related costs, including transportation and handling fees, are entirely the responsibility of the customer.<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<h3 data-start=\"898\" data-end=\"923\"><strong>Defective Products<\/strong><\/h3>\n<p data-start=\"924\" data-end=\"1332\">If the product has a <strong data-start=\"950\" data-end=\"975\">manufacturing defect<\/strong>, it will be <strong data-start=\"985\" data-end=\"1047\">repaired or replaced under the manufacturer\u2019s warranty<\/strong>, according to the applicable terms.<br data-start=\"1081\" data-end=\"1084\" \/>If the customer prefers to <strong data-start=\"1106\" data-end=\"1129\">exchange the product<\/strong> instead of using the warranty, the amount paid for the item will be <strong data-start=\"1202\" data-end=\"1227\">fully credited<\/strong> toward the purchase of a <strong data-start=\"1246\" data-end=\"1276\">new product in-store<\/strong>No cash refund will be issued in this case.<\/p>\n<p data-start=\"1334\" data-end=\"1437\">The company reserves the right to <strong data-start=\"1370\" data-end=\"1393\">refuse any return<\/strong> that does not comply with the above conditions.<\/p>\n<p><!-- \/wp:paragraph --><\/p>\n<p><!-- wp:paragraph --><\/p>\n<h3><strong class=\"\">Restocking costs<\/strong><\/h3>\n<p>To ensure the smooth operation of our operations and replenishment of our inventory, a 15% restocking fee before taxes will be applied to the total amount of the returned order.
